Ham Radio Class Now Forming

Get your Technician (entry level) Amateur Radio License

This license will help you communicate when all else fails, when camping, for fun, biking, hiking and many more activities and is your gateway to the world-wide excitement of Amateur Radio

Open Lab Idaho

When?
Weekend course:
Friday 9/27 6 to 9pm
Saturday 9/28 8am to 5pm
Sunday 9/29 8am to 1pm
(License exams after classroom time, 2 or 3 PM Sunday)

How much will it cost?
There is no cost for the class -but- donations to the Lab are greatly appreciated.
You will need a book/study guide (several options available between $12-$30)

Exam fee is $15

Who?
The class is open to anyone interested in getting a license. There is no age limit!

This class is presented by the Hewlett-Packard Boise Amateur Radio Club (HPBARC) in conjunction with Open Lab Idaho

Fee: $55.00 Fee Breakdown
Notes: NO CLASS HELD ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3 - STATE IN-SERVICE - NO SCHOOL

I think I drooled a bit when I read this post... but there is no way I would be able to commit to that much class right now. Hopefully this opportunity floats by again!
